I dont actually have 10 favorite game. Heres as many as I can think of:
1: Unreal Tournament 2004 (Atari?) I always thought this was by Epic games, byt the presence of atari logos and stickers in the box make me believe otherwise. Anyway, its my favorite FPS, and favorite game ever by far
2. Unreal Tournament III (EPIC) This one's by epic...i see. A bit of a let down. I Alpha, and Beta tested this game for what seemed like an eternity before it actually came out. I downloaded the demo within minutes of it being released, and i bought it on launch day, and yet, for all that, I was disappointed. Not because the game was bad, in fact, it was very good. The problem was, they took out the lightning gun!...
3. Metal Gear Solid 4: (Konami) Again, waited for an eternity and got up at 5AM to buy this on launch day. Played nonstop to beat it on Extreme in 58 hours. I slept for 2 days afterwards. Time well spent IMHO
4. Sonic 3 & Knuckles (SEGA) - Why Sega ever released this without knuckes is beyond me. Instead of being the stupid blue hedgehog, you get to play as the evil red thingy with spikey hands!
5. Commander Keen (iD) LOVED this. And by "this" i mean all 1-6 Commander Keens. Best, Dos games ever. Way better than that OTHER iD game...uh...Doom?
6. Crystal Caves (Apogee) If Keen was #1, this was a close 2nd for Dos games. I've never found anyone whos even heard of this before so I enjoy it quietly by myself on a DOS emulator on my mac!
7. Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete (Working Designs) Ported form Sega CD to playstation in the 90s, it was my first Playstation 1 game, and also the best one EVER. I still play it every now and then...on PS3, taking FULL advantage of the CELL processor
8-10. I dont think I have any more "favorites" I like mario and final fantasy and stuff, but they're not my cup of tea so to speak. So...TOP 7!
